這單位居住了夫婦2人，由於早前因大廈喉管問題，使單位全屋出現水浸，於是戶主夫婦決定花一筆錢請設計公司重新裝修設計一番，以及貼合他們的喜好及需要。由於戶主是年輕的兩口子家庭，因此希望單位能有更多的玩味感。
